My passion for film music started after I had watched Dead Man (1995, dir. Jim Jarmush) when I was about 13 years old. Since I mainly identified as a guitarist at that time, the unconventional score by Neil Young reignited my love for the instrument - and showed me how eclectic film music can be. I have since written for many different ensembles, including a work recorded by the WDR Funkhausorchester in April 2024.

I recently worked with Quirin Thalhammer on his short film Spätsommersonne, which is currently being screened at festivals. You can listen to the soundtrack album, which was recommended by film music critic Alan Rogers, here.

I love the creative challenges behind writing music for advertisements. It has to support the narrative perfectly and fit the picture accurately down to the last frame. This clutter-free approach and the collaboration with agencies and directors makes writing music for advertisements very rewarding .

I recently completed music for an image film for RIEDEL BAU, produced by boxfish.

My passion for gaming started in my childhood with Anno 1503 and Roller Coaster Tycoon. Later, I discovered the beauty of single player open world games with the Far Cry and Tomb Raider series. And of course, I was in a squad in Battlefield and CS:GO. These days, I love cozy and more casual games like Dredge, Cloudpunk and Life is Strange.

I have recently worked with 4hats on a demo level for their upcoming game "Electrified", a cooperative puzzle platformer currently in pre-production.
